1-On-1 Coaching

Ana specializes in helping adults conquer their stutter, through the “Safe Spaces of Stuttering” approach.

Through this approach, clients can establish and grow healthy spaces for stuttering within self, a close inner circle, and within community.

Tackle the anxieties around speaking with research backed practices.

Talking shouldn’t be stressful. With the right guidance, it doesn’t have to be.

Her personal experience in neurodivergence has influenced her approach, focusing more than ever on providing clients with tools to live more authentically, confidently, and independently.

Ana is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and actively contributes to the stuttering community. She serves on the CARE-S Task Force, is a Spero Ally of Stuttering, and partners with S.P.A.C.E. to Stutter. She is also a frequent CEU presenter for NSA events, facilitator for FRIENDS Chicago events, and a native Spanish speaker.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Ana finds joy in pilates, classic books and exploring restaurants. She is often in Texas visiting her family and enjoying Texas queso.
